I love a colorful palette, the eyeshadow variety, that is. My favorite kind of makeup is eyeshadow. It’s the first makeup I run out of every time because it’s my most used. I just love how they play up and highlight my eyes, giving them definition.

I’ve been shopping for a new colorful palette of eyeshadows lately. I’ve been limiting myself to those under $10 because I’m such a cheapskate like that, heh.

Seriously, though, I realized that you can do makeup within a budget and eyeshadows are no exception.
