From Lukov with Love
Summary
Jasmine Santos and Ivan Lukov are both professional figure skaters. A happenstance in the past made them enemies who can’t stand each other’s company since then.
When Jasmine is forced to partner with him for a project that would pull up her career, sparks fly as expected. But underneath all that hate is a simmering attraction growing. Can they put aside their differences this time to win a game and, maybe, fall in love?
Thoughts
From Lukov with Love by the same author as Kulti, Mariana Zapata, is somewhat similar to the latter book in that it also deals with athletes and is set in the world of sports. It is similarly a slow-burn romance.
While it isn’t one of my favorites from Zapata, it still is emotionally satisfying and a good book, all in all.
